The Challenge
This architecturally stunning property was fully complete when we were commissioned to integrate its digital infrastructure. In a project of this calibre, there is no margin for error; our primary challenge was to engineer a comprehensive smart home solution that remained entirely invisible, requiring zero structural intervention or redecoration to the existing finishes.
Unlike a new-build project where cabling is planned in the "first-fix" stage, this commission required a surgical approach to retrofitting. We had to deliver a robust, enterprise-grade system—encompassing lighting logic, climate control, and security—without disturbing the bespoke plasterwork or high-end joinery.
