When we were first presented with the architectural plans for this lakeside rebuild, the client knew they wanted a "special" home but were looking for a partner to define what that meant. Leveraging the client’s own construction expertise, we acted as the design authority, producing the full technical specifications for their electrical team to implement. The challenge lay in the client’s request for a minimalist aesthetic: no physical switches or thermostats on any wall. We engineered a sophisticated backend to hide the traditional "wall acne" of a modern home, instead unifying everything—from car lifts and pool jets to AI-driven security—into a seamless, tablet-controlled ecosystem that priorities design integrity.
